A company looking for an outsourcing partner starts with a web search and finds twenty providers saying the same things in the same words. Almost nothing on any of those sites can easily be checked. So the buyer shortlists on what they can tell apart, which comes down to who they have heard of, whose salesperson reached them first, and price. Not quality. Price. Huxley and Hyde makes you credible and checkable.
You have real numbers. Your headcount, your attrition, how fast you fill a seat, what your buildings are like, what you are certified to and who audited it. You know what makes you different, and it may well be price.
None of it survives the buyer's first hour. It sits on your website in the same font as everybody else's, so it is discounted at the same rate as everybody else's. The buyer is not being unfair. They have no way to tell.
It is worse when the buyer searches with AI. A model reading twenty provider sites finds twenty sets of unsupported assertions and no way to weigh one against another, so it returns whichever ones are best written. Nothing differentiates you, and nothing you wrote yourself ever will.
This is why so much of outsourcing selection still comes down to a site visit at the shortlist stage. The buyer is trying to see for themselves what they could not check from a screen. If you are not on that shortlist, the deal is already lost, and it was lost on nothing.
You tell us what you want to say about your business. We agree the exact wording with you, examine the evidence you provide to back it up, and publish the result as a record at your own Huxley and Hyde address that anyone can check in seconds.
The record shows what was verified, in the words we agreed, the date we checked it, how we checked it, and how strong the evidence was.
We do not award you a grade and we do not certify that you are good. The strength of your record is the strength of the evidence you have provided. Providers who can show more, show more.
Where a buyer wants more than the record, they can engage us directly, and there we give our own view. That is a separate service and it is not what your record says.
On your website, your proposals and your printed collateral. The signal.
A prospect who sees the mark follows it. No search, no form, no wait.
Your statements, our verification, the dates and the evidence. The substance.
There is no application form and no checklist to satisfy. You tell us what you want a buyer to believe about you, and we work out how to verify it.
Send us the ISP invoices and the contracts. We verify what they show, and the record states your actual committed bandwidth per site and what happens when a carrier drops.
Send us the certificate number and the name of the certifying body. We confirm it on that body's own public register, and the record shows the certificate number, the standard, the scope and the expiry date.
Send us the evidence. The record states your attrition, over a stated period, across stated locations.
Where your evidence does not quite carry the statement, we tell you what would. There are usually two ways forward: adjust the wording so it says what your evidence supports, or produce better evidence and keep the wording you wanted. You decide, and nothing is published that you have not agreed.
We group your statements into ten Categories so that a buyer can find their way around your record, and so that each Category you hold gives you a mark to use.
Yours to link to from anywhere, and the destination for every mark you display.
For your website, your proposals, your stand at a trade show. Every one of them routes back to the record.
A proposal sent in March still takes a reader to the current position in November, because every printed page carries the address and a code to scan.
We tell you when a buyer opens the evidence behind your record. It is often the first hard sign that a deal is real.
We would rather say this now than after you have signed.
Every statement on your record has to be supported by something we can examine or somewhere we can go and look. That is work, and it is your work, not ours. Four statements you can properly support are worth more than twenty you cannot, and we would rather help you choose the four.
Most providers find their marketing language changes on the way through. Excellent uptime becomes a figure and a period. Almost everybody is surprised at how much stronger the second version reads.
Because the record is published by us, not by you, and because it says exactly what we examined and how strong that evidence was. A buyer does not have to take your word for anything, and does not have to take ours either. Everything on the page shows its workings.
A buyer who wants to look harder can see the evidence itself, after giving us an email address and accepting a confidentiality agreement. You are told when they do. Where something is held but not published, at your request or because it identifies individuals, the record says so plainly rather than pretending it does not exist.
Read a record the way your buyer would see it.
